For agencies
You need the numbers. You do not need a developer.
Client reports, influencer shortlists, competitor sweeps, campaign wrap-ups — most of that is public data somebody on your team is currently copying into a spreadsheet by hand. It is the same data either way. The only question is who does the copying.
Three ways in, and only one of them is an API
They are not tiers and you do not have to choose. Most agencies start at the first, move to the second once they know what they want, and keep using the third for the quick checks that are not worth opening an account for.
Tell us what you need
Send a list of accounts, hashtags or links and say what you want off them — the posts, the comment threads, the follower lists, all of it. We point the API at it and send the results back. Nothing to install, no key to look after, and no call for anyone on your side to write.
Run it yourself, from a form
An account comes with a page that is a form and nothing else: pick a platform, pick what you want, type a handle or paste a link, say how many rows, press run. The results come back on screen and the whole run downloads as a file. There is no code anywhere in that sentence.
The free tools, with no account at all
An engagement-rate calculator, a hashtag reach estimator, a cost estimator, and an exporter that turns a response into a CSV your spreadsheet opens cleanly — accents, emoji and non-Latin text included. They run in your browser, and nothing you paste is uploaded.
What it gets bought for
Every one of these is a set of endpoints the API already answers rather than a product somebody would have to build for you. Each has a page of its own naming the platforms that serve it and what comes back.
Social listening
Everything said about a term, a tag or a brand, as it is said.
Creator analytics
Profiles and post histories, complete enough to compute anything from.
Influencer vetting
Followers, following and comment threads — the audience, not the claim.
Brand monitoring
Where a brand is named, tagged and talked about, on a schedule you set.
Competitor research
What a competitor posts, how it performs, and which sounds carry it.
Audience research
Who follows an account, and who turns up in the comments.
Cost
A line on the invoice, not a licence
No seat fee, no monthly floor, nothing that renews on its own. You buy credits, spend them per result delivered, and a run that comes back empty costs nothing — so vetting forty creators for one pitch is a number you can put on that pitch rather than a subscription somebody has to justify again next quarter.
$20 is about 40,000 results.
Credits do not expire. A campaign that happens twice a year costs what twice a year costs.
Questions
Before you ask
Still unsure? The docs are public and complete — read what the API does before deciding.
Do I need a developer?
Can you just run it for me?
Can I get it as a spreadsheet?
Do I need logins or approval from the platforms?
Can I put this in a client deck?
How current is what comes back?
Send us a list and see what comes back
Name the accounts, hashtags or links you would want pulled. We run them and send you the results, before you have set anything up.
