Pricing

Pay for results,not attempts.

Credits are bought up front and spent per result delivered. A run that falls short costs less; a run that returns nothing costs nothing. Credits do not expire, and there is no monthly minimum.

Rate card

Two rates, and the cheaper one is the one you use most

A row off a list you asked for costs 5 credits — $0.50 per thousand. A run that answers with a single object costs 10 credits — $1.00 per thousand — because it holds a phone just as long to come back with one row as a list run does to come back with a page of them. Nothing else moves the price: not the platform, not the endpoint, not the month.

What counts as one result Notes Rate
A comment or reply The highest-volume thing we sell. 5 credits $0.50 per thousand
A follower, story or highlight One row each, off a list. 5 credits $0.50 per thousand
A post, reel or video in a feed Sized by the limit you send. 5 credits $0.50 per thousand
A hashtag, place or search result Sized by the limit you send. 5 credits $0.50 per thousand
A profile, channel or company One page load, one answer. 10 credits $1.00 per thousand
One post, reel or video, by id Fetched on its own rather than off a feed. 10 credits $1.00 per thousand

A platform or endpoint added tomorrow lands on one of these two rates on the day it ships, decided by whether it answers a page at a time. There is no new rate to set and nothing to look up.

Included

Everything, on every credit

There is one tier of API, so there is nothing held back for a bigger one. An agreement changes the rate, the capacity and the support — never what you are allowed to call.

  • Every endpoint on every platform we cover
  • Parsed, typed results — not pages to scrape twice
  • Deduplicated lists for comment runs
  • The same field names on every platform
  • The playground, for running real calls by hand
  • As many API keys as you want
  • A full credit ledger, per run
  • Public docs, no sales call to read them
  • No charge for a run that returns nothing

Enterprise

Custom pricing, once the volume earns it

From around 1,000,000 results a month the published rate stops being the right one. A rate agreed against what you actually run goes as low as $0.30 per thousand, alongside capacity reserved for your account and support at any hour.

  • A rate agreed with you

Priced against the volume you actually run, and written into the agreement rather than read off this page.

  • Capacity held for your account

Concurrency and request ceilings raised and reserved for you, instead of shared with everybody else.

  • Support around the clock

24/7, with a named contact and a response target you can hold us to.

Not a sales process

Tell us what you run a month and what has to be true contractually. One reply, within a business day, from someone who can agree to it.

Talk to us

Below that volume there is nothing to negotiate: no minimum to escape, no seat fee, and every endpoint is already included.

Questions

About the money

Anything else, the docs spell out exactly what a run costs and when it is charged.

What is a credit worth?
$0.0001 — ten thousand credits to the dollar. The rate card above says how many a result costs; this is what one of them is worth.
Does a profile cost more than a comment?
Yes, twice as much, and only because it costs us more than twice as much to fetch. A comments run reads a page at a time and spreads one phone across every row on it; a profile read occupies that phone just as long and comes back with one row. Everything that arrives off a list — comments, replies, followers, stories, posts in a feed, search hits — is on the cheaper rate.
What happens if a run comes back short?
You pay for what arrived. The maximum a run can cost is reserved from your balance when it starts, and settled down to the actual result count when it finishes. The difference is released back, not kept.
What happens if a run returns nothing?
It costs nothing. The whole reservation is released and no charge is written to the ledger.
Do credits expire?
No. There is no expiry date, no monthly reset and no use-it-or-lose-it allowance.
Is there a subscription, a seat fee or a minimum?
None of the three. You buy credits when you want them and spend them when you want to. The smallest top-up is $5.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes, and it is the only thing here you cannot buy without talking to us: a rate agreed against your volume, capacity reserved for your account, and support around the clock. It is worth asking about from around 1,000,000 results a month; below that the published rate is already the better deal.
What does 24/7 support cover?
A named contact and a response target written into the agreement, at any hour rather than in office ones. Every account gets the docs, the playground and the full ledger without asking anybody — an agreement adds a person on the other end of it.
How do I pay?
PayPal. You are sent to PayPal to approve the amount and brought straight back, and the credits land the moment the payment is captured.
