Three things the pricing page cannot sell you

Everything else here is self-serve on purpose — you can be running inside ten minutes without talking to anybody. These three are agreed instead, because each of them is a commitment somebody has to make to you.

  • A rate agreed with you Below the published $0.50 per thousand for a row off a list, set against the volume you actually run and written into the agreement. One agreed rate replaces both published rates, single-object reads included. It goes as low as $0.30 per thousand — that is the floor, not the opening offer, and it is where a result stops covering what it costs us to fetch.
  • Capacity held for your account Concurrency and request ceilings raised and reserved for you, so a busy hour somewhere else in the pool is not your problem. Ordinary accounts share what is there; yours is held back before it is shared.
  • Support around the clock 24/7, with a named contact and a response target you can hold us to in writing — not a form and a queue. Runs happen at three in the morning, so the answer has to be available then too.

Worth asking at

About 1,000,000 results a month, or roughly $500 at the published rate. Below that the published rates are already the better deal — there is no minimum to escape, no seat fee to negotiate away and no tier holding a feature back, so an agreement would be paperwork that saves you nothing. Ask anyway if your case is unusual; we would rather say so than have you guess.

What does not change: the same API, the same keys, the same credits and the same ledger. An agreement is a rate and a commitment, never a second integration.
